These sessions are done remotely. I go into a meditative state with the intention of connecting with you and your benevolent guides. The meditation is around 45mins to an hour and I receive images, messages, energy information, anything that spirit wants to bring into focus for you. If guided, I can also help cleanse any blocked or dense energy. I record everything that comes through on paper and then write all of my notes in an email to you.

The session also includes guidance cards.

I prefer not to know too much about the client. But if you have a specific area of focus you would like answers or guidance/healing on, please include in your e-mail.

For these sessions I need a week lead time. You do not have to do anything on your end to receive the healing.
